Quitling: A crazy obsession

I do not have this obsession, really I do not. It's just that on my facebook status I put up the following.

as you can see by those of my "friends" who answered this the content that this blog holds is a big drawcard. Of course I am NOT going to have porn here, its been over done. But what about quilting?
Do a google search on "quilting" and you get 7,890,000 hits.

Not too shabby, there's forums and all on quilting. But something was making me a little concerned about quilting and I just could not put my finger on it, until....

Dog Breath

I have a dog and she is good company but as all dogs do she has really bad breath. Also as befits all dogs she is overtly loving and has no understanding of "personal space". Put these two together and you end up with an experience that you know is both disgusting and cute at the same time. Of course the answer to dog breath is found on the internets (How to Inprove the Smell of your Dogs Breath) yay! What is also found is an array of funny pictures about "dog breath".

Super Hero Squad : Finally a show about heroes I can watch with my Nephew

Yeah! The theme is a cool one and the best bit is that they get the whole idea of what makes a super hero show for little kids. This has a slightly obscure situation (an infinity sword that reminds me of another show cough! blackstar) with the heroes after crystals, trying to get them before Doctor Doom does. But why pick on it, have a look at the opening credits.



This is fun stuff I like it. So will my nephew and his mother.

Good Hair : Things a white Australian didn't know

I saw this while roaming the internets. Good Hair is a documentary that didn't make it down here in Oz, so I thought I'd check it out. Well, this white ozzie got a whole load of information he didn't know anything about. It was like that time when I worked out who "shorty" was.
Anyway I did a youtoob search and found the trailier for it.

Saturday Songs - on a slow burn

Have you ever heard a song that just never gets to that big moment and just burns all the way through. Like this one Chase that feeling from the hilltop hoods. Unfortunately embedding isn't allowed from the hoods, just got to Chase that feeling on youtube. This song burns but never actually explodes into some huge unleashing of the emotions that have been sung about.

Horrorshow are not as big as the hoods (and have no videoclip as yet) so they allow embeding.

This song also is on the slow burn, I kind of like this style. You never actually get to the emotional release that many songs have as their chorus.
